The history of the brand began in 1920, when an agricultural engineer, Stanisław Fenrych, started the production of vegetable and fruit preserves in the newly acquired property of Pudliszki in Wielkopolska. Currently, it is part of the American group H. J. Heinz Company, which has a majority stake in it. The production profile is mainly tomato (ketchup and concentrate) and vegetable (pea, bean and corn) products.
